Happy Thursday Virtual Learning Academy!  It’s hard to believe that learning period 2 ends tomorrow, October 18th! Please review, sign and submit the learning log as soon as possible so that our teachers can complete their documentation for each student. Please also ensure all work assigned for learning period 2 is completed and submitted in Canvas for every student. If you are not sure how to check student work, please watch this tutorial to learn how to view it on the desktop and app versions of Canvas Student.Please note the important information below, and do not hesitate to email virtualacademy@sageoak.education with any questions. She will introduce us to the exciting world of 3D printing—What does a 3D printer do? What careers use 3D printing and what skills are needed to run a printer and create designs? We’ll get to see some real-life 3D-printed designs and get a sneak peek at one of The Learning Lab’s upcoming workshops! Sage Studio podcast Quarter 2 Oakschool Enrichment Class Supplies Our quarter 2 Oakschool Enrichment classes start Monday, October 21st! All Oakschool class supplies should arrive via Amazon by next week if you signed up by October 7th, and the teachers will not require materials the first week of class. If you have any issues with supplies, please contact virtualacademy@sageoak.education. You are still welcome to enroll for classes and purchase the supplies on your own.
