NEW Spring Crafton College Partner Classes: It’s time to start enrolling for our 2nd semester partner classes with Crafton!
– These classes each earn students 10 units of high school credit + 3-5 units of college credit + meet a Sage Oak graduation requirement! – All the classes will be on Crafton’s Canvas and asynchronous – EXCEPT for ASL (TBD on days/times). – Note that these classes will start before the end of our 1st semester. – Sage Oak has 20 spots saved for us in each section.
If you are interested, please reach out to your EA in the next few weeks to ensure the class is added to your Master Agreement, and then carefully follow the step-by-step directions HERE to ensure you sign up for Sage Oak’s special partner sections! Please reach out to your EA or HS Counselor Coral with any questions!
Essential + Intensive Class Reminders: If you are enrolled in one of our Essentials or Intensive English/Math classes, please remember that attendance at the live sessions is required. Attendance with cameras on and participation are key to the effectiveness of these support classes and are factored into a student’s grade.
Weekly Study Hall: Falling behind in a course? Need some dedicated time to get your assignments done? Ask your EA about an invite to our new weekly Study Hall sessions on Thursdays!
Fall Tech Check for 11th graders: In preparation for the CAASPP test that all 11th graders will complete in the spring, EAs will be conducting “tech checks” during LP2 meetings to ensure your Sage Oak Chromebook is updated and functioning properly. Please be sure to have it charged and ready!

Field Trips Apprenticeship 101: Welding, Robotics, Automotive and more! Come learn how to gain hands-on experience in the fields of welding, robotics and automotive with an apprenticeship! Join Sage Oak at InTech Center in Fontana on November 6th from 3-6pm for an open house event! Tour their state-of-the-art labs and learn about no-cost training programs that can put you on the path to a rewarding career! Sign up here! HS Hangouts Volunteer Event: Join our Volunteer Committee in giving back as they collect donations for the Ronald McDonald house in Loma Linda. Other needed items include cereal, Cup O Soup, microwave Mac N Cheese, and individually wrapped snacks. Please do not bring any perishable food items. Please complete this form for donation drop off. Students will be dropping off items on Nov 9th at 12pm at the Loma Linda Ronald McDonald House, 11365 Anderson St, Loma Linda, CA 92354. Thank you! NEW November HS Hangout – Round 1: November 17th 12-3pm. Whether you bowl for the high score or the sweet shoes, come join your fellow Sage Oakers for an afternoon of strikes, gutterballs and a whole lotta fun!
