2024-25 Enrollment: Enrollment for the 2024-25 school year is now open! Returning students: Please log into the Parent Portal on SchoolAdmin and submit your Intent to Return by March 15th. New students: If you have a new high school student to enroll in Sage Oak, please click here to submit your application. Instructional Fund Increase for 24-25: As part of Sage Oak’s continued commitment to students educational opportunities, the school sent out an email last week highlighting an increase to instructional funds for the 24-25 school year. High school students will have access to an additional $500 of funds, bringing the yearly total to $3600, released in two semester installments. High School Preview Week: Want to learn more about our high school program offerings? Join us on March 4-8th for High School Preview Week! Monday–Wednesday students can pop into zooms to check out our in-house class offerings. On Thursday, March 7th, join us in-person from 10am-12pm at the Goldy Lewis Center in Rancho Cucamonga to hear about our programs, meet staff and ask questions. Or hop on a our zoom on Friday from 10-11am to ask our HS Leadership Team any questions! Schedule and more details here! ![]() Class of 2024 Updates Graduate Service Award Nominations: If you are a graduate who exemplifies our core value of SERVICE, we want to hear about it! Each year, we award one student with our Graduate Service Award. The student will get to speak at graduation and in past years, has been awarded a scholarship! Nominate yourself HERE by March 1st. NEW Extended Intent to Register Deadline: As college admissions start to come in, please note that due to delays with the new FAFSA, UCs and CSUs have extended their deadline for students to submit their Intent to Register. Other Graduate To Dos: This semester is going to go by quickly! Please make sure you’re making progress on these graduate to-dos!Senior Submission form: ALL grads. Submit baby pics, headshots and senior quotes. Due March 1st.FAFSA: ALL grads. Access grants, scholarships, loans and more for college! Due April 2nd.Cap & Gown: Grads attending ceremony only. Cap & gown only / 2024 tassel only (if using a siblings cap & gown) / graduation cap & gown packages Grad Night 2024: Tickets for Disney’s Grad Night Party are now available! Enjoy a full day at Disneyland and then an exclusive nighttime celebration for Class of 2024 at Disney’s CA Adventure filled with thrilling attractions, spectacular shows and magical surprises! May 22 11AM to May 23 2AM. $218/ticket – no instructional funds. Ticket sales will close March 15th! |

Come join the fun! Sign up for one of our upcoming events, hangout or tours! HS EVENTS FRIDAY February HS Hangout: On belay? On February 16th from 12pm-3pm the Sage Oak Events Committee has planned a hangout at Vital Climbing Gym in Murrieta! After we boulder our hearts out, everyone will head to Round Table Pizza for lunch. A rock climbing day pass is $18 and food prices will vary. Sign up here! High Desert Bowling Hangout: Let’s bowl! Join EA Jared Tourse and some of his High Desert students on Friday, February 23rd from 2-4pm for some bowling fun at Victor Bowl in Victorville! Student sign up here. RESCHEDULED Museum of Latin American Art: This field trip has been rescheduled to Thursday, Feb. 29th from 11am – 1pm! Students will get a tour of the museum exhibits and then participate in a hands-on art workshop learning to draw superheroes with a Netflix animator! $12 out of pocket for students / parents can attend for free. Student sign ups here Park Clean Up: Join the ASB Volunteer Committee on March 22nd at 11:30am at Red Hill Community Park in Rancho Cucamonga to help the community in a park clean up! COLLEGE TOURS CSU San Marcos Tour: Students are invited to attend a guided walking tour of Cal State San Marcos, Friday, March 22, Meet at Cougar Central Craven Hall at 12:00 for a 12:30 tour. Spring SAT Registration: If you are interested in taking the SAT this spring, visit the CollegeBoard website to find a school site near you, register and pay.Register by Feb 23rd —- for the March 9th SATRegister by April 19th —- for the May 4th SATRegister by May 16th —- for the June 1st SAT Summer Bridge at Crafton Hills: Reservations are now open to graduating seniors to participate in Crafton Hills College’s Summer Bridge program! This 8-week (June 10 – August 2) program is designed for students who would benefit from additional support through their first year of college. Students who are accepted will: – build connections with campus resources and staff, instructors, and counselors – take 2 college courses over the summer – COUN 100: Student Success and the College Experience and ENGL 101: Freshman Composition course. – learn study skills, learn how to prepare for the fall semester, and explore major and career options. – have the opportunity to do college tours and field trips – earn a $450 scholarship for Fall 2024 upon completion of the program!
