Onsite IT Support at the PLA Back to School Socials We’re excited to offer onsite IT support for school-issued devices at our PLA Back to School Socials in select locations! Our friendly IT team will be available to assist with Chromebook updates, app access, and more. If you have any tech issues, we’re here to help—whether it’s updating a device, troubleshooting an app, or submitting a help desk ticket on your behalf. |

Middle School Students (PLA & VLA) Beach Hangout! Middle school students are invited to join us for our first-ever middle school hangout of the year. It’s happening THIS Friday, September 6th at 3 p.m. at Bolsa Chica State Beach. Bring s’mores supplies, and let’s have some fun! VLA, PLA & HS Huntington Beach Clean Up Our first school-wide community service project is the VLA, PLA, and HS Huntington Beach Clean Up on September 20th! Students and families from all grades and programs are encouraged to participate. Field Trip Release #1 Closes Tomorrow! Our first field trip release of the year closes tomorrow, Wednesday, September 4th at 11:59 pm. Don’t forget to sign up on the Sage Oak Website for field trips that still have available tickets. We have an amazing line-up of hands-on educational experiences planned for this semester. Please refer to Field Trip Support for tips for information about how to sign up for the field trips you would like to attend. We hope you can join us! |

IXL Math/ELA Annual Licenses We are pleased to offer a limited number of annual IXL math/ELA licenses for our Personalized Learning Academy (PLA) students for the 2024-2025 school year. Licenses are $30 and can be purchased via instructional funds only – no out-of-pocket purchases allowed. Licenses will be assigned once your teacher has submitted an IXL PO and will be activated and made accessible to your student through Clever shortly thereafter. No refunds will be provided. Please contact your teacher with any further questions. |
Middle School Future Leaders! There’s still time to apply to our ASB Future Ambassadors program! This is a great way to connect with other middle school students, serve your community, and help plan and lead middle school events and activities! Purchase Order Requests & Estimated Delivery Please remember to give all of our Community Providers 14 business days for materials to be shipped and 7 business days for digital items or online course logins to be made accessible. If you are still waiting for items after those processing times, please reach out to your teacher to request tracking updates. If plans change and your student won’t be attending their scheduled services with a community provider, please be sure to notify your teacher so they can cancel or adjust the Purchase Order as needed. This helps us keep everything running smoothly and ensures that our resources are used efficiently. |
