September Sage Oak Socials
We had a great time seeing so many families at the beginning of the year
Dive into Success socials. Students enjoyed the sea life tidepool tank, art activities and presentations by local vendors. We are pleased to have three more socials planned for this year. Be on the lookout for more information throughout the year. Socials are a great way to connect with the Sage Oak community and we hope to see you there!

Strive for 45!
Did you know that using i-Ready for 45 minutes or more per week in each subject is great practice and can be beneficial? A majority of our students saw growth last year by using the online lessons as recommended!

We encourage our students who would like to participate in the PVSA for the 2019-20 award year,  to please fill out this survey to register as a volunteer under Sage Oak. Once registered, more information on how to log hours will be provided. For the 19-20 school year, our PVSA window is from May 1, 2019- April 30, 2020. Volunteers will be working towards these awards, which will be distributed at our end of the year Socials.  We are so excited about this amazing opportunity to recognize our students for their contributions and service to others. Please contact sageserves@sageoak.education with any questions.

 Are you looking for ways to volunteer?  In addition to the resources on the PVSA  website, we have created a list of volunteer activities by region for your reference.

• Our general high school webinar for high school parents and families will be next Monday, September 30th from 8:30 am-9 am, click here to sign up. 
• Please note: our FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) webinar has been moved to Wednesday, October 2nd at 3:45 pm. It will be an informative session hosted by the National Honor Society. Click here to sign up. 
• Sage Oak Seniors are invited to join us for our 1st annual senior sunrise on Friday, October 4th at 5:45 am. Please sign up on our Senior Sunrise Form. Please fill out the Senior Sunrise Permission Slip.
