🌳 News & Updates College & Career Week: November 18-22 is Sage Oak’s College & Career Week, a week-long event including engaging webinars, inspiring field trips, and interactive classroom activities. Our goal is to introduce students to the wide array of college and career possibilities and cultivate a college-bound mindset. Check out all the cool events happening next week HERE! NEW Student Podcast: One of our students is looking to create a student-run podcast featuring our amazing and talented Sage Oak students! She is seeking Sage Oak high school students who are involved in music, art, photography, writing and more to fill out this form to potentially be featured! 🍁 Give Back In November: Looking for a way to give back to your community? Our Sage Oak Volunteer Committee has created a number of ways that students and parents can volunteer each week in November with their November Service Activity Ideas. Participate, take pictures and submit them to the Yearbook Committee to be featured on our volunteer page! 2024-25 Yearbooks: Celebrate the school year with a 24-25 Sage Oak Yearbook! Orders yours on Treering. Soft cover $43.53 / Hardcover $50.54. Early bird 10% discount! 🎓 CLASS OF 2025 🎓 Grad Night: The Class of 2025 Grad Night at Disney’s CA Adventure is scheduled for Wednesday, May 21, 2025 11AM to May 22 2AM. The pass includes a full-day park hopper ticket plus admission to the Grad Night private party. ONLY 30 tickets will be available! Purchase tickets HERE. Students can bring a non-Sage Oak guest that is also a graduate of 2025. (Note: Parents cannot be guests.) Cap & Gown Orders: Senior Order Week is now over, but graduates canstill order their cap and gown along with other Class of 2025 gear at our Sage Oak Jostens store! If you’re planning on taking grad photos for announcements, we recommend ordering your cap and gown in in November to ensure it arrives in time! |
🔦 Student Spotlight Welcome to our Student Spotlight where we highlight some of our amazing Sage Oak high school students and their accomplishments in and outside of the classroom! Sage Oak 12th grader Zachary Olson doesn’t just work hard in his classes. In addition to his schoolwork, Zach runs his own car detailing business! He works diligently to advertise his services, manage his time and provide excellent service to his many repeat customers. This semester, Zach is taking advantage of Sage Oak’s partner classes with Crafton Hills College by taking Counseling 100 and plans to take a business class during spring semester. Zach would like to continue building his car detailing business and hopes to attend community college to pursue a degree in Business! |

HS EVENTS FRIDAY Cal State Fullerton College Tour: Join our AVID class for a one-hour tour of Cal State Fullerton’s campus on Friday, November 15th at 1pm. Student will learn about their eight academic colleges, student services, student life, campus resources, as well as the history of Cal State Fullerton. FREE. Student sign up HERE! FRIDAY November HS Hangout – Glo Golf: Join us next Friday, November 15th from 12-3pm for Glo Mini Golf in Riverside for our November HS Hangout! Mini golf costs just $16 (optional virtual reality, escape rooms, and games cost extra). Student sign up HERE! You’re Invited – Life Hacks: All students are invited to our weekly Life Hacks sessions, every Friday at 12pm on Zoom to learn tips and tricks to help navigate high school life with HS Counselor Ms. Coral.
