Join your 7th grade class on the Squid Dissection Education Program followed by a self-guided tour of the Aquarium of the Pacific
A Look Inside a Squid Education Program (Approx 45 min): This hands-on dissection program allows students to closely explore squid anatomy and discover the ins and outs of these interesting ocean animals.
The Aquarium of the Pacific is a fun and educational experience for families. In addition to the three main galleries highlighting the major regions of the Pacific, the Aquarium features exhibits outdoors, including Shark Lagoon, the Lorikeet Forest Aviary, and Our Water Future.
Please keep in mind that space is extremely limited and this field trip is a chance for your VLA student to BOND with their fellow grade level classmates. In order to keep the focus on our students, please limit your tickets to ONE adult per VLA student unless absolutely necessary. You may purchase a maximum of two additional tickets per VLA student if needed, but they may not be able to attend the classroom portion of the field trip.
