This event is for 6th-12th grade PLA students ONLY. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A TICKET FOR THOSE WHO ARE NOT SAGE OAK STUDENTS AND ARE NOT IN 6TH-12TH GRADE. This is a drop-off program, so students who are not enrolled in Sage Oak may not attend. *INCLUDES 1-DAY PARK HOPPER PASS* From thrilling attractions to iconic entertainment, Disney parks are dynamic, real-world physics laboratories. In this unique science workshop that takes place inside a Disney theme park, students explore the principles of physics—learning the kind of hands-on physics Disney Imagineers use to create new attractions and enhance the classic ones. We will send more specific details regarding workshop drop-off or day-of timelines TWO-WEEKS PRIOR to the field trip date. Career Focus: Arts, Audio/Visual Technology, and Communications Sage Oak Student Ticket: $220 *This field trip is only open to Sage Oak students. Parents and Siblings must purchase their own tickets through Disneyland. Once your student ticket has been purchased, please be sure to make a reservation for any non-student (parent, siblings, etc.) on the Disneyland website. Sage Oak students attending without an accompanying adult Tickets can be purchased out of pocket or with Instructional Funds (for Sage Oak students). Purchasing with Instructional Funds: Please verify with your student’s teacher/EA that your student has sufficient instructional funds available for this purchase. We are not able to provide alternative payment options if there are insufficient funds and we are not able to refund any accompanying out-of-pocket ticket purchases. Please read the field trip description carefully. If an accompanying adult ticket is required, be sure to claim an adult ticket. If student/sibling tickets are claimed without accompanying adult tickets, we are not able to provide refunds for canceled student/sibling tickets.
Please note that during school field trips and other school-sponsored community events, photos and videos may be taken where students could appear in group settings. While we make every effort to respect media preferences, students may sometimes be captured in the background or within group shots in public spaces. If your child does not have media consent on file, they will not be the main focus of any photo or video. We do not highlight or identify individuals without prior consent. |
