This event is for PLA students and their families. All students must be accompanied by an adult. Recommended for PLA grades K-12th.
Get ready to soar beyond your wildest dreams at iFLY Ontario! iFLY’s state-of-the-art wind tunnels are designed to provide a safe flight experience, memories that will last a lifetime, and a unique story to tell!
Flyers will be divided into groups and rotate through several different activities including a STEM lab and their flight. Between sessions, students will have breaks and can use this time to have a snack, watch other students fly or work on a quiet activity. Every STEM Field Trip Includes an interactive seminar hosted by our certified STEM Educator,Flight instruction and safety training, and Flight Gear (Suit, Helmet, Goggles and shoes if needed). Each student gets two flights with a certified iFLY Flight Instructor.
Please keep in mind that this field trip is approximately 4 hours long.
***Students and siblings must be at least 4 years old to participate in “flying”. Please keep in mind that all children will fly by themselves. Parents are not allowed in the flight tunnel but can observe from outside the glass. Parents may watch FREE of charge and do not need a ticket. Parents must be on the premises for the duration of the field trip.

Tickets can be purchased out of pocket or with Instructional Funds (for Sage Oak students). Purchasing with Instructional Funds: Please verify with your student’s teacher/EA that your student has sufficient instructional funds available for this purchase. We are not able to provide alternative payment options if there are insufficient funds and we are not able to refund any accompanying out-of-pocket ticket purchases. Please read the field trip description carefully. If an accompanying adult ticket is required, be sure to claim an adult ticket. If student/sibling tickets are claimed without accompanying adult tickets, we are not able to provide refunds for canceled student/sibling tickets.

Please note that during school field trips and other school-sponsored community events, photos and videos may be taken where students could appear in group settings. While we make every effort to respect media preferences, students may sometimes be captured in the background or within group shots in public spaces. If your child does not have media consent on file, they will not be the main focus of any photo or video. We do not highlight or identify individuals without prior consent."
