Step into the magic of animatronics with a hands-on, career-focused tour of Garner Holt Productions, the world's leader in theme park animatronics! This 3-hour experience begins with an inspiring look at Garner Holt's journey and the fascinating field of animatronics. Students will explore the production facility, where lifelike robots come to life, and hear directly from a GHP concept designer about their creative career path. If time allows, a mechanical expert will also share their journey, offering insight into the diverse STEAM careers in this exciting industry.
The tour wraps up with a hands-on Figure Finishing Bird Kit, which is perfect for all grade levels! Get a glimpse into the career of a Garner Holt Productions where students design and craft their own feathered friend, bringing their creativity to life. Join us for a day where innovation and imagination combine, sparking inspiration in STEAM careers!

Tickets can be purchased out of pocket or with Instructional Funds (for Sage Oak students). Purchasing with Instructional Funds: Please verify with your student’s teacher/EA that your student has sufficient instructional funds available for this purchase. We are not able to provide alternative payment options if there are insufficient funds and we are not able to refund any accompanying out-of-pocket ticket purchases. Please read the field trip description carefully. If an accompanying adult ticket is required, be sure to claim an adult ticket. If student/sibling tickets are claimed without accompanying adult tickets, we are not able to provide refunds for canceled student/sibling tickets.
