In this dynamic course, students will embark on a journey to design their own food truck business while integrating principles of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). Students will delve into the essential components of entrepreneurship such as marketing, pricing, branding, advertising, and data analysis. Along the journey, connections will be made to physical science, math, economics, and much more!
**Prerequisite: Must be at or above grade level in math
